• WTPUG and WTPU Burner

    Water cooled throughport burners for regenerative glass furnaces.

    Eclipse WTPUG and WTPU burners are compact, water-cooled burners designed to be inserted into the port neck of a regenerative glass furnace. The WTPUG burns gas while the WTPU burns oil. Both burners produce a conical flame. Each burner is fitted to an Eclipse Retraction Mechanism, which is used to withdraw the burner from the furnace when it is not firing. Use of the retraction mechanism ensures consistent combustion quality, which is essential to achieve high glass quality.
