Eclipse recommends that combustion systems be inspected annually to assure compliance with current combustion safety standards. Eclipse has expertise in your local codes to help you with compliance. Eclipse is a long standing committee member for NFPA 86 (Standards for Furnaces and Ovens) of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). NFPA publishes and disseminates consensus standards intended to minimize the possibility and effects of fire and other risks, primarily for the U.S. market. Eclipse also serves with organizations that influence thermo-processing safety standards for the European Union. In accordance with EU laws, oven and furnace manufacturers must adhere to these EN746 standards when applying the CE mark, ensuring safe combustion solutions for our customers.

Energy Audits

Services technicians are trained in the use of Process Heating Assessment and Survey Tool (PHAST) software.  Using PHAST in combination with other tools and methodologies, they are able to evaluate your process heating equipment to identify opportunities for more efficient use of fuel.  Recommendations are backed by statistical data to help you prioritize areas for improvement.
